Sn63Pb37 T4 solder powder is a classic eutectic plumb bobconsisting of 63 % Tin and 37 % Lead. With a defined melting point of 183 °C it enables precise process control without a melting interval. The T4 grit (20-38 µm) offers an even finer paste rheology compared to T3, which is particularly useful for Fine pitch designs and high-density SMT layouts.
Thanks to the fine grain size, Sn63Pb37 T4 is particularly suitable for Fine pitch layouts and complex SMT processes in the Semiconductor Technology & Electronics.
